Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority dba GoTriangle is seeking to establish a contract for bus stop improvements (Group M). Instructions for preparing and submitting a bid are provided in the Instructions to Bidders section. To be deemed responsive and responsible, bidders must submit all items specified in Section 5 of the Instructions to Bidders. Late bids will not be accepted. GoTriangle reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The scope of this project includes site amenity and improvements to bus stops Group M located within the Durham City Limits listed in the Scope of Work below. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, machinery, and materials necessary to complete the work in full compliance with the contract terms. The work shall consist of clearing, grading, concrete pads and sidewalks, installing amenities, traffic control, and other related items. Locations- Site 706: NC 54 at Meadowmont Lane o Site 1155: N.
