**As of March 12, 2025 no bids were received for this project.** Lakeview High School, located in Battle Creek, Michigan, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the design, supply, and installation of a permanent outdoor batting cage system. The intent of this project is to provide a safe, durable, and high-quality training facility for Lakeview student-athletes, suitable for long-term outdoor use. - Lakeview High School intends to install a two-tunnel outdoor batting cage, designed for baseball use. The system must prioritize safety, durability, ease of use, and long-term maintenance efficiency. Proposals are requested for the design, supply, and installation of a permanent outdoor batting cage system at Lakeview High School for long-term use. Proposals must be based on listed specifications with manufacturer spec sheets attached, and alternates accepted if approved with supporting documentation. Bid security requirements differ based on proposal value. Bids must include a notarized familial relationship disclosure and an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification. Proposals will be opened publicly, and cost is a factor but not the sole basis for contract award. The district reserves the right to accept any part of a proposal, and bids are irrevocable for sixty days. Payment is contingent on owner satisfaction with repairs, and work start is to be mutually agreed upon. Install a new batting cage in an area determined by the Director of Operations. B. Provide a detailed list of the materials that will be required to complete this project. C. Remove all debris (soil, concrete, waste, etc) from district property in accordance with local and state regulations. D. Repair any and all areas damaged during the installation of the batting cage and safety fence. Make sure to take every precaution to ensure that no humans, wildlife or surrounding environment is harmed. Any damage to structures, sidewalks, curbs, grass, street pavement, etc. will be repaired with materials at the contractor's expense. E. All debris must be removed and the area cleaned up at the end of each work day.
