Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Harper Creek Community Schools is seeking bids for a new Illuminated Monument Sign. The project includes installation of monument signs, masonry work, foundation work, electrical and data work. The district will provide power and data connections to the northwest corner of the Administration building. The bid must also include demolition and removal of the existing sign at the corner of B Dr. North and Beadle Lake Rd, including ground repair after removal. There are three alternates for budgeting purposes; the district will notify the awarded contractor of selected alternates. Warranty information and a rendering of the proposed sign (day and evening views) are required with the bid. A bid bond is not required, but proof of insurance must be provided before contract award. Only complete bids will be accepted. Bids may be submitted by email or hard copy. The contractor is responsible for ensuring timely receipt of the bid. All requirements are in the bid package.
