The Bidder shall submit a five percent (5 %) Bid Bond, of the total base Bid price, made payable to Caro Community Schools, with the sealed Bid. No Bid Bond is required if the total base Bid price is less than thirtyone thousand three-hundred and twenty-one dollars ($31,321.00). All Bidders must complete and submit all major addendum questions by February 13, 2026 If and when the school buildings specified in the SOW are occupied with students and school is in session, the selected vendor/contractor is expected to perform the project after school hours and without any additional costs to the District. Areas of the school buildings that are otherwise unoccupied with students and whereby instruction is not disturbed, the selected vendor/contractor may perform the SOW with prior written authorization from the District.
