**As of April 8, 2026, the project was awarded to Donald Hietpas & Sons Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,158,966.58** The work shall consist of water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer reconstruction on Third Street, De Pere Street and Eighth Street. The work shall consist of approximately 2,500 lineal feet of water main, associated valves, hydrants and approximately 70 water services, 1,500 lineal feet of sanitary sewer and storm sewer. Work shall include turf restoration. Bids will be received on the following Contract: 2026 SEWER & WATER MAIN RECONSTRUCTION Third Street, De Pere Street & Eighth Street No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the City of Menasha in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award.
