The work includes: Exterior. Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard within containment. Apply a four (4) coat zinc epoxy urethane system. Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a three (3) coat zinc epoxy system. Dry Interior: Abrasive blast clean the entire top ofthe top platform and spot coating failures throughout to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a two (2) coat epoxy system to the prepared surfaces. PitPiping: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Foundation: Abrasive blast clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: Install cathodic clips and pressure fitting. Replace the bowl manway gasket. Install a gasket on the wet interior roofhatches. Install handholds at the roofhatches located inside the new roofhandrail. Replace the mud valve. Overflow discharge modification. Install a fall prevention device on the column ladders. Install a wet interior ladder. Replace the interior roof vent screen. Install a roofhandrail with a painter's railing.
