Renovation of an office development in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade office development.
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the General Services Division ("the Agency") to establish a contract for roof work on Building 15, a 2-story structure housing offices, located at 2019 Washington St. E., Charleston, WV 25305, as follows: Replace existing adhered EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) roof and metal roof system (alternate in bid) in their entirety (see attached Exhibits B-J and Drawing D1), to include post and safety rails around the perimeter, and additional ladder and roof hatch safety rail. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials (including delivery), labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans, per the attached documentation.
