The Project consists of the construction and renovations of the entire building. Work will include new partitions, new roof, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. 1. EXTERIOR a. Roofing and Drainage 1) Remove, repair, or replace the deficient fascia, soffit, and gutter systems to visually match existing 2) Slate roof repairs on the building's principal massing 3) Protect and reuse all existing gutters where possible. Install matching new drainage where necessary. b. Windows 1) Evaluate, and repair where necessary 2) Modify the second-story east window where kitchen addition roof restructuring occurs. 3) Rebuild third-story dormer windows over grand staircase where current openings are boarded up with plywood. 4) Install custom in-fill panels within the basement windows where existing plywood fill openings c. Building Access and Entrances: 1) Modifications and upgrades to the existing ADA ramp are required. New Handrail assembly to be installed. 2) New Railing assemblies at rear porches 4) Installation of access control and security cameras A project to renovate the historic Holly Grove Mansion (Building 10) on the WV State Capitol Complex.
