Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Loudon, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Professional services may include, but are not limited to: preliminary engineering and design; preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates; assistance with bidding and procurement; construction administration; and construction inspection. These services will support the City’s anticipated submission of 2026 grant applications to the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), Tennessee Local Parks and Recreation Fund (LPRF), and Tennessee RiverLine ARISE Initiative. Firms will be evaluated based on technical expertise and experience, past performance on similar projects, ability to meet project schedules, and familiarity with local conditions and regulatory requirements. Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (local time) March 6, 2026. Submissions may be delivered to the Loudon Municipal Building or submitted electronically as specified. Late submissions will not be considered.
