This is a correctional facility perimeter security system replacement project involving removal and installation of intrusion detection systems, CCTV cameras, and security equipment. May require security clearance, specialized certifications in correctional facility work, and coordination with active facility operations. The substantial completion date for this project is 839 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $47,800 for C All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 for C, The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
