Site work for a water / sewer project in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the construction of a sanitary sewer extension in bedrock, including manholes, laterals, street and lawn restoration. The project includes approximately 1,000 feet of sewer. All bids must be submitted via Questcdn Vbid™ and in accordance with the bid forms included in the contract documents. Bidders must examine the project documents, which are available digitally or as hard copies for a fee. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond payable to the Village of Egg Harbor in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract, performance/payment bonds, and insurance certification as required within 15 days after the notice of award. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or accept the bid or bids which best serve the interests of the Village of Egg Harbor. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the scheduled opening without the owner's consent. The contract letting is subject to the relevant provisions of Wisconsin statutes.
