The project involves the replacement of disc golf tee pads for the Parks and Recreation department. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain a licensed contractor to demolish, remove and replace eighteen (18) concrete disc golf pads at Barfield Crescent Park. Work includes removal of existing concrete pads, asphalt removal on Hole #4, site preparation, concrete placement, specified finishing, and site restoration. The project will be contracted as one complete job. For any construction project for which the bid amount is over $100,000, the successful bidder must furnish a Bid Bond. A copy of the Bid Bond must be uploaded with the Bid submittal, and the original must be delivered to the Purchasing Department prior to the award being made. Additionally, a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the bidder's entire obligation under this Agreement, as security for faithful performance and payment.
