The City of Murfreesboro is accepting sealed bids for 1318 Gentry Terrace Interior Remodel Question Deadline 03/17/2026 at 2:00 PM CT All questions regarding the ITB should be addressed via the OpenGov Question/Answer Tab or to purchasing@murfreesborotn.gov. Scope of Work The scope of work shall include the following items: 2.1.1. Work in the master bathroom shall include removal of wall and floor tile in shower down to subfloor and exposed studs. Replace shower valve and shower headv supply line. Replace shower drain and grate. Install 2 x wood blocking for installation of three 18" long grab bars. Install new wall and floor waterproof membrane and ceramic tile and grout. Reset water closet with new wax seal. 2.1.2. Work in guest bathroom shall include removal of the existing tub shower and shower valve and installing new two-piece low step in fiberglass shower. Install blocking for installation of three 18" grab bars. Install new shower valve and shower head. 2.1.3. Install new recessed medicine cabinets in both bathrooms. 2.1.4. Install a 36" long grab bar and one 12" grab bar at master bathroom water closet. 2.1.5. Repair sheetrock ceiling in the garage and paint ceiling. 2.1.6. Replace existing swinging door in garage with new exterior door and frame. 2.1.7. Install new front and rear security/storm doors. 2.1.8. Install three new light fixtures above medicine cabinet in guest bathroom. 2.1.9. Install floor tiles in guest bathroom closet; tiles shall closely match existing floor tiles. 2.1.10. Plane the bottom of existing guest bathroom closet door so that it does not drag the floor.
