Renovation of a medical facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The intent of this Bid Call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the Angiography and Medical equipment replacement project at the Civic Campus for a Stipulated Price contract, issued as a CCDC 2MA - Work Authorization, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids will be accepted exclusively from the selected Bidders that are on the current TOH Roster of Prequalified General Contractors, subsequent to TOH-2022-190 ($2M - $8.9M). Mechanical Plumbing, Mechanical Sheet Metal and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified as well. Questions shall be submitted to the Bid Administrator during the competitive bidding process at the following email address: Tohbid-administration@mohawkmedbuy.ca. Clarifications requested by Bidders must be in writing not less than ten (10) calendar days before the Bid Closing Time.
