The work includes roof repairs for Buildings HP51, HP53, HP55, HP57, HP255, and HP265, with all requirements completed within 360 days after award. The estimated cost range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, and the applicable wage determination is General Decision Number NC20260010 dated 01/02/2026 for building construction. Liquidated damages of $880 per calendar day apply. One qualified individual may perform the roles of Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety and Health Officer. The facility will remain in operation during the entire construction period, and the Contractor shall perform operations to cause the least possible interference with normal activities. No hazardous materials are present. Bond requirements apply based on proposal value, and proposals valued at $35,000 and greater will require a payment bond. The basis for award is lowest price, proposals must remain valid for 60 days, and a site visit will be scheduled via amendment. Only Roofing MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page may submit a proposal for this ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility project.
