The work includes providing roof repairs for Buildings BB260, BB265, and BB270 at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. The project requires completion within 360 days after award and follows the applicable wage determination NC20260010 dated 01/02/2026 for building construction. Liquidated damages of $880 per calendar day apply. One qualified individual may perform the roles of Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety and Health Officer. The facility will remain operational throughout construction, and all work must be performed to minimize interference with normal activities. No hazardous materials are identified. Bond requirements apply based on proposal values, with proposals of $35,000 and greater requiring a payment bond and proposals of $150,000 and greater requiring a bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond. A site visit will be scheduled via amendment, and the basis for award is lowest price. Proposals are due 27 March 2026 at 2:00 p.m., and acceptance is valid for 60 days.
