Work shall include site preparation; foundation construction for two buildings; telecommunications, and plumbing service to new building location(s). The project consists of the following components for the construction of the temporary building pads and utility requirements: - Gravel pads and lift station for sanitary sewer. - New transformer associated with the modular buildings and electrical connection panels. - New utility connections for modular buildings.
