Reference Number 0000414211 It is the intent of these specifications to describe reflective sheeting materials for traffic control signs and to establish a contract for the purchase of reflective sheeting material, used by the Niagara County DPW Division of Highways, Bridges and Structures, to fabricate signs. All materials to meet the requirements of American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D-4956 as outlined in the latest edition.
