Renovation of a municipal facility in Greeley, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project is to completely remove the existing built-up roofing system down to the structural metal deck. Provide new roof board, thermal insulation, and cover board, as well as install a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane system. All associated flashings, accessories, and details shall be included to provide a complete, watertight roofing assembly in accordance with the Contract Documents. Remove current system to the metal deck replace insultation and cover board and apply a membrane system, make water tight, dispose of waste on site. The building will remain open and operational. Roofing debris that falls to the ground will be cleaned up immediately, any damage to the buses cause by the project will be repaired at no cost to the owner. LOCATION OF WORK: All work is located at the City of Greeley Transit Department 1300 A St Building A Greeley CO.
