Bids must be secured with either a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid, on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117), or a Bid Deposit as a certified or cashier's check payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $125,000.00. Bidders must deliver sealed bids to the New York State Thruway Authority, 200 Southern Boulevard, Albany, NY 12209, by 10:30 A.M. on the specified bid date. Full-size and half-size plans will not be provided after contract award; contractors are responsible for obtaining their own hard copies of plans and proposals at their own expense.
