Renovation of an educational facility in Murrieta, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is for the "ALTA MURRIETA FIRE ALARM REPLACEMENT PROJECT". All bids must be made on the forms provided by the District and submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the bidder's name, address, telephone number, California Contractor's License number, the name of the Project, the Bid Number, and clearly state attention to the Purchasing Department. If delivered by a carrier, the envelope must state the vendor's name, reference the Bid Number, and be directed to the Purchasing Department. Bids not meeting these requirements may be rejected. Bidders are responsible for timely delivery to the designated location. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time will be returned unopened. The work under this contract shall commence on May 1, 2026, and be substantially completed by July 24, 2026. The Project follows the formal bid requirements of the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) and all guidelines in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission Cost Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual. Bidders should consult the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and General Requirements for information regarding milestones and liquidated damages.
