Grenier Street over 600 linear meters between the Lakes Road and Saint-Louis Street, in order to reinforce the roadway and correct water accumulations on the roadway. The project includes: The decohesitation, granular reloading and paving of J.C. Grenier street; The complete refurbishment of the affected premises This call for tenders and the resulting contract award are conditional on the coming into force of the borrowing by-law authorizing the paving work. Specifically, the award of the contract is subject to: the approval of the borrowing by-law by the persons entitled to vote (residents), if applicable; the approval of the borrowing regulation by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MAMH). In the event that the borrowing by-law is not approved or does not enter into force, the Municipality reserves the right not to award the contract, without compensation or indemnity to the bidders.
