As of 5/6/2026 the bids received were over budget. The Town is working on getting additional funding. The project involves the construction of a small well pump house expansion to provide for a 15 gallon per minute Iron and Manganese Treatment System, and all associated appurtenances. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of $75 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Otter Creek Engineering, Inc. mailing address: P.O. Box 712, East Middlebury, VT 05740. Upon request and receipt of the document payment indicated above. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Question Deadline 03/19/2026: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date and time for opening of Bids may not be answered.
