The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids for the Roof Replacement at the Knoxville Maintenance Garage to include removing and salvaging existing ballast for reuse, removing existing EPDM roofing and coverboard; removing and replacing wet polyisocyanurate insulation board (per unit price); removing and replacing metal flashings, scuppers, collector heads and downspouts and membrane flashings. Install new 3" polyiso insulation board with 1/4" DensDeck over and New 60 mil EPDM membrane; Reinstall salvaged ballast.Rep.
