**As of May 1, 2026, General Construction Contract (CC-2026-G) was awarded to M.A. Bongiovanni, Inc. of Syracuse, NY, for a total of $2,185,000.00 and for Electrical Construction Contract (CC-2026-E) it was awarded to Emerald Electrical Contractors, Inc. of Syracuse, NY, for a total of $243,200.00. With a total awarded amount of $2,428,200.00.** Sealed Bids are invited for the construction of the Cortland WWTF Aeration System Replacement project. The work involves providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the following at the City of Cortland WWTF: removal and disposal of existing diffusers in 8 aeration tanks, installation of new aeration tank diffusers, and refurbishment of three blowers. Additional work includes installation of DO and ORP probes, new sludge blending lines, and replacement of valve actuators. Bid Alternates include adding a fourth blower to the existing train and replacing the existing three blowers with new ones. Bids shall be on a unit price and lump sum basis for Contract Nos. General: CC-2026-G and Electrical: CC-2026-E. Only bids from companies who have registered with and received Bid Documents from the Issuing Office will be accepted.
