The required Services must be performed in accordance with this Quote, according to the prices indicated on the Price List. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT: The Contract is established for a period of three (3) years, calculated from the date of issue of the tender notice. Bid Guarantee: The Bidder must accompany its Submission with a bid guarantee in the lump sum amount of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00).
