Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Asheville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Renovations to the existing Governors Hall Emergency Operations Center, located in the Administrative office area of Governors Residence Hall. The proposed scope includes: additional standalone generator, optional standby lighting and power circuits, standalone supplemental HVAC system, AV/IT/Communications upgrades, and a hardened perimeter for security and storm resiliency. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
