Description of Work: The Work Includes Fire Alarm and Telephone System Replacement and Associated Work, Removal and Replacement of Site Fencing, and Construction of a New Concrete Trike Path. 6. It Shall Be Mandatory Upon the Contractor and on Any Subcontractor to Pay Not Less Than the Said Specified Rates to All Workers Employed in the Execution of This Agreement. Dir Registration: The Owner Will Not Accept Any Bid or Enter Into Any Contract Without Proof of the Bidder's Current Registration to Perform Public Work Under Labor Code Section 1725.5. Bidders Shall Not Accept Any Subbid or Enter Into Any Subcontract Without Proof of the Subcontractor's Current Registration to Perform Public Work Under Labor Code Section 1725.5. Labor Compliance: Contractor and All Subcontractors Shall Comply With Labor Code Section 1776.
