Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the bid name and number. Each bidder must submit information specified in the bid documents to comply with State of Illinois Fair Employment Practices and the City of Rockford's Equal Employment and Business Opportunity Ordinance. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The City of Rockford reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
