McMullen County will receive sealed Bids on the Construction of General Site improvements for a Packaged Wastewater Treatment Plant. McMullen County has contracted with the Nueces River Authority to administer the Utilities Capital Improvement Program. The contractor selected to assist NRA with this project will receive work orders from the NRA Contract Administrator. The proposed outcome of the project is improved reliability and water quality of wastewater in the Calliham area of McMullen County, Texas. Potential bidders obtaining electronic copies of the Contract Documents via the internet must register with the provided website to ensure receipt of any addenda or other communication that may be issued. The McMullen County Commissioners Courts may award a public works contract for the Project as allowed by law to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid and reserves the right to reject any and all Sealed Proposals received and to waive any and all formalities in regard thereto. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 90 calendar days following the Bid opening. The deadline to ask questions is 4/01/2026 12:01 PM CDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted via Civcast. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary in response to such questions will be issued via Civcast to all parties who have registered on Civcast as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions will be received until the deadline indicated on Civcast
