The Department is seeking to enter Job Order Contracts for three separate areas of New York State. D0000010 covers Regions 1, 2, and 3 (Downstate), including Nassau, Suffolk, Bronx, Kings, Queens, Richmond, New York, Rockland, Putnam, and Westchester Counties. D0000011 covers Region 5(South), including Warren, Fulton, Saratoga, and Washington Counties. D0000012 covers Region 5(North), including Franklin, Clinton, Hamilton, and Essex Counties. A Job Order Contract is a competitively bid, indefinite quantity construction contract under which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual Job Orders up to or totaling the Maximum Annual Contract Value. The bid documents include a Construction Task Catalog® containing Pre-priced Tasks for construction work with preset Unit Prices based on local labor, material, and equipment costs for the direct cost of construction. Bidders shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts During a Procurement and the Prohibition of Inappropriate Lobbying Influence. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) goal is 6%. Minority/Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) total 30%.
