Site work for a water / sewer project in Needville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Major items of work include cleaning and televising sanitary sewer lines. Copies of the bid or contract documents may be examined without charge in the office of the project engineer. Sealed bids in duplicate will be received by the City of Needville, and will be publicly opened and read aloud. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, issued by an acceptable surety, shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to City of Needville or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the bid bond. City of Needville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid. Bids may be held by City of Needville for a period not to exceed sixty days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. Question Deadline 03/11/2026 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the www.CivcastUSA.com system for such information to Engineer not less than 7 calendar days before the Bid opening.
