Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 171,950-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project includes demolition of existing driveways and site paving, canopies, relocation of a metal building, and sections of building envelope.The additions include a new cafeteria, classrooms, dance hall, locker room expansion, site paving, and a pre engineered metal building with a multipurpose sports field beneath. Project will include all scopes for a complete assembly of ground-up building additions. PROJECT DESCRIPTION In general, the project consists of NEEDVILLE HIGH SCHOOL ADDITIONS which includes but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work, concrete paving, concrete walks, drilled piers, concrete slabs, structural steel, steel joists, metal deck, built up roofing, masonry, stone veneer, steel and plastic laminate covered doors, storefront system, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Interior finishes include but are not limited to: steel studs and drywall, resilient flooring, carpet tiles, ceramic tile, acoustical ceiling, millwork, casework, expansion joint covers, marker board, tack boards, projection screens, fire extinguishers and cabinets, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, plaque, identifying devices, and window blinds. Guaranty Bonds in the form of a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond may be required from any subcontractor whose proposal is in excess of $100,000 at the option of the Construction Manager.
