Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Helena, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bids will be received for the following bid packages: Demolition, FRP Reinforcement of Concrete, Structural Steel, Carpentry & Miscellaneous, EPDM Membrane Roofing, Frames/Doors/Hardware, Skylights, Windows, Painting, Facility Fall Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. This is a Montana Prevailing Wage Rate project. All laborers and mechanics employed by subcontractors or their subcontractors must be paid wages as required by law. Subcontractors must ensure non-discrimination in employment. All Federal and State laws and regulations apply. The State of Montana 1% Gross Receipts Tax applies. Successful bidders must provide insurance and certificates as described. Performance and Payment Bond may apply. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the best interest of the Construction Manager and Owner. Pre-qualification is required for bidders.
