Nature of the work: For a complete description of the work, please refer to the technical specifications and plans. Work includes, but is not limited to: Construction site organization, administration and profits; Location and protection of existing public utility services as well as existing infrastructures in the surroundings; The supply, installation and removal of temporary signage related to delivery (door of reception); Saw kerb, paving, curbstones, concrete slab and grass to be removed, loading, transport and offsite disposition; Excavation near the foundation wall of the carpentry and boiler room; Removal and disposition of existing sewer lines and foundation drains from the building to remove; Repair and/or addition of sewer pipes, service entrance, foundation drains and heating duct; Temporary storage of soil for further chemical analysis; Loading, transportation and disposal of contaminated soils according to Traces Québec (if applicable); Pumping contaminated groundwater, storage in sealed containers, transport and disposal in an authorized site (if applicable); Repair of the granular foundation, paving, curbs, concrete slab, sod in plates; Re-branding; Removal and replacement of part of the existing plumbing in carpentry; Addition of a pumping well and electrical and mechanical connections; Adding a plumbing pluvial; Saw cuts, removal, transport and arrangement of the existing concrete slab (carpentry) ; Repair of the concrete slab in line with the sewer trench (carpentry); Passage of a new heating duct to building N; All the civil engineering, mechanics and required structure of this new heating duct. During the bidding period, please note that clause 1.05.01 of the Regie gives Vanier College the option not to respond to a bidder's question if it is sent less than five days (5) before the submission date. To this end, we invite the bidders to respect this deadline.
