Meeting place: Main entrance hall of the CHU Sainte-Justine, at 9:00 am at the following address: 3175 chemin de la Côté Ste-Catherine, Montreal QC, H3T 1C5. The public body reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a bidder if this request is sent to it less than five (5) business days before the deadline set for receipt of bids. Bid Guarantee: The BIDDER must accompany its Submission with a tender guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Submission. If the Tender is submitted electronically, the tender security must be filed in one of the following forms: a) a bond issued in favour of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 of the Régie, which must comply with the provisions of the model tender bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Tender Form; b) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favour of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 of the Régie, which must comply with the requirements of the "Model Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced in Appendix 4.01B of the Submission Form.
