Sealed bids are being accepted for the Mundelein High School Master Facilities - Village Green project. The proposals are for Bid Group #3, which consists of the following bid packages: Concrete, HMA Pavement, Fencing & Gates, and Landscaping. Bids must be submitted to Mundelein Consolidated High School District 120. The competency and responsibility of the bidders will be considered in awarding contracts. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the bid. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Mundelein Consolidated High School District 120 in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid must be submitted with the bid. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informalities, technicalities, or irregularities in bidding. Bidders must comply with all relevant laws, including the Illinois Human Rights Act and applicable regulations. Pre-qualification requirements: Pre-qualification of all bidders in this bid group is required prior to the bid due date.
