Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of countywide landscape maintenance, irrigation installation, repairs and maintenance, and sustainable landscape design and installation services. The successful contractor is responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified. Bids must be submitted electronically. Each bid must include a bid security in the form of cash, a certified or cashier’s check, or a bond equal to at least 10% of the total bid amount, including all additive bid items, made payable to the County of Santa Clara. Bonds must be in original form with required signatures and notarization. The contractor must possess a C-27 Landscaping Contractor’s License at the time of bid submission.
