Demolition and renovation of a stadium in McAlester, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Work includes Demolition, Concrete, Structural Steel, Metal Panels, Joint Sealants, Doors Assemblies, Glass and Glazing, Seating, Gypsum Assemblies and Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Bleachers. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder in the upper left-hand corner, the Trade Contract Package number and description written on the cover, and marked in the lower left-hand corner as BID FOR: BID PACKAGE #1. The envelope should be addressed to Crossland Construction Company - McAlester Bleachers and Press Box Renovation, Attention: Marcos Saldana, 200 E. Adams Ave. McAlester, OK 74501. Bidders are to complete, sign, and include Attachments A, B, C, D, E, and F found at the end of the bid package document along with the bid form in the sealed bid. A cashiers check, certified check, or Surety Bid Bond for 5% of the base bid is required for all bids that equal or exceed $50,000. Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds will be required by the lowest responsible bidder for any bid that equals or exceeds $50,000 and these costs must be included in the bid amount.
