Sealed bids are invited for the installation of a new 16 ft scoreboard (provided) on Field #3 at Forsyth Village Park, 650 W. Weaver Rd., Forsyth, IL 62535. This project requires contractors to pay Prevailing Wages per the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers or waive any informality in the bidding. Installation of a scoreboard that has already been purchased by the Village of Forsyth. The scoreboard is a Daktronics BA-624 and is 6' height x 16' wide x 8" deep. Furnish two (2) 8" painted I-Beams. The beams will be 20' in length. Provide labor and equipment to excavate new footings for two (2) vertical I-Beam supports that will be needed to hold the scoreboard structure in place. Concrete is also included. Provide labor and equipment to install the scoreboard unit. Make the final electrical connections to the unit. Primary electrical service to be provided at the location of the scoreboard by the Village. Completion-8 months
