Site work for a road / highway in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project involves removing damaged guardrail, repairing the existing segmental block MSE retaining wall, and installing a new concrete barrier rail on Industrial Boulevard at Team Boulevard. All bidders must be licensed contractors in Tennessee and comply with state regulations, including Section 62-6-119 regarding required disclosure by bidders. Bidders are also required to obtain a Smyrna Business License. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or informalities, and accept any bid deemed in its best interest. Discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected classification is prohibited. The project will remove damaged guardrail, repair the existing segmental block MSE retaining wall, and install a new concrete barrier rail. Question Deadline 03/17/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the ENGINEER and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
