The project involves water system improvements for the Brownsville Energy Authority in Brownsville, Tennessee. The work, under Contract 25-01 - Windrow Road Waterline, consists of the installation of approximately 16,250 linear feet of 12-inch waterline along with all associated bores and appurtenances. The allotted construction time for this contract is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days, with liquidated damages for non-completion set at $500 per calendar day.
