The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel to perform all work necessary to complete the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project. Work includes general construction, demolition, sitework, removal of existing structures, and construction in full accordance with the project Specifications and Drawings. All tasks must be executed by a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in compliance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461). Certification and Accreditation requirements do not apply, and no Security Accreditation Package is required. A formal site visit will be conducted per the instructions provided in Attachment 9. Questions of a technical nature must be provided in writing and shall be submitted by the prospective offerors to Thomas Council.
