Renovation of approximately 8,400 square feet on the 6th floor for outpatient mental health clinics, including interior demolition of non-load-bearing walls, ceilings, floor finishes, and removal of all steam radiators, window AC units, ductwork, registers, grilles, and diffusers within the project area. Steam radiator piping will be removed back to the main and capped on the 5th floor. Air systems serving only the 6th-floor scope area will be fully demolished, and ductwork connected to systems serving additional building areas will be removed back to the duct riser. New work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing renovations according to the design documents. A new air-handling unit and associated HVAC systems will be installed from the attic to the 6th floor, including installation, testing, and commissioning. Work also includes extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications as required to support the new clinical layout and associated building systems. Renovations encompass interior construction and building system upgrades to convert the floor into functional outpatient mental health spaces.
