The University of Massachusetts - Lowell invites sealed bids from contractors for the Residence Hall Damper Replacement-Phase 1. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30/39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. This project is being electronically bid, and hard copy bids will not be accepted. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of work, HVAC, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Prime/HVAC Update Statement. General bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the University of Massachusetts - Lowell.
