The Division of Fisheries and Wildlife (MassWildlife) invites sealed bids for the CENTURY BOG RESTORATION PROJECT in Wareham/Plymouth, in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Inter-Fluve, Inc. The project consists of river and peat bog restoration. The estimated project value is $3,000,000. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished in the bid package and accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid value. Bid deposits must be payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Fisheries and Wildlife, in the form of a bid bond, certified, cashier's, or treasurer's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. Bids must comply with all Contract Documents. Minimum wage rates have been predetermined for this project according to state law. Proposals lacking the properly completed Affidavit of non-collusion, etc., will be declared informal. Bids are subject to various provisions of Massachusetts General Laws. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference and site showing is required. Bids from contractors who do not attend will not be accepted. All questions and requests for clarification must be received through specified channels. Only interpretations or clarifications provided by Addenda will be binding. This contract is subject to all State Laws and Regulations concerning Minority Business Enterprises including Executive Order 237. The right is reserved to waive informalities or reject any or all proposals. The award of the contract is subject to available funding. MassWildlife reserves the right to eliminate any or all portions of the work to stay within available funding and may limit prosecution of the work to specific points and in such manner as directed. The contract time for substantial completion is 240 days. Question Deadline 03/13/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All questions and requests for clarification must be received on Commbuys or via email to ajudge@interfluve.com by this time. The Contract Time for Substantial Completion is two hundred and forty (240) days. It is assumed the Notice to Proceed will be issued by May 3, 2026, and Substantial Completion shall be by December 29, 2026, or March 1, 2027, which ever occurs first regardless of when the Notice to Proceed is issued.
