Completed plans call for the renovation of a 24,600-square-foot, two-story above grade parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project encompasses an extensive renovation and addition to the existing facility, covering approximately 11,000 square feet on the ground floor and 13,000 square feet on the main floor. Construction components of the project include demolition, the construction of a covered deck, heavy timber structural components, the installation of an elevator, and the replacement of all cedar siding, composite decking, skylights, roofing, doors, windows, and related components. Interior improvements will include updated finishes throughout, enhanced by audio-visual systems and acoustic treatments, such as floor-to-floor separation, wall, and ceiling upgrades. Both the main floor and the ground floor will be equipped with all new kitchen equipment. Exterior sitework will involve demolition, retaining walls, a fully operational water feature, stormwater management, new sewer lines, utilities, grading and paving, and ADA-compliant parking. Mechanical systems will include new HVAC equipment, ductwork, plumbing and fixtures, gas lines, and a fire sprinkler system. Electrical work will encompass all new panelboards, lighting fixtures, a fire alarm system, power distribution, technology infrastructure, security systems, audio-visual components, and site lighting.
