Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in South Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

You are invited to submit a bid for the painting of the thermophilic digester at 1015 Airport Parkway in the City of South Burlington. This proposal involves the painting of the thermophilic digester, and in addition, several small areas of existing installation on the tank will need to be repaired prior to painting of that area. The primary purpose of this project is to increase the radiant energy from the sun that is absorbed by the surface of the tank and reduce the heat loss from the tank, which maintains liquid at a temperature of 140 degrees F. All bids shall be accepted via email to Robert Fischer, Deputy Director of Operations, or by paper submission to City Hall, attention Louis Bresee, prior to the deadline stated. Painting contractors are the intended respondents.
