Initiating Organization: Engineering District 4-0 Agreement Type: Project Specific Services Requested: Design and Misc Services Selection Process: Modified The Department will establish an order of ranking of a minimum of (3 ) firms for the purpose of negotiating agreements based on the Department's evaluation of the statements of interest received in response to this solicitation. The final ranking will be established directly from the statements of interest. Technical proposals will not be requested prior to the establishment of the final ranking. Work to include the preservation, rehab or replacement of structures. Preliminary Engineering, Environmental Services, Final Design, Right of Way Acquisition and Construction Services including but not limited to the following tasks: survey, line & grade, utilities, environmental studies, wetland delineation, pavement design, TS&L, design field view, right of way plans, traffic control plans, cultural resource studies, roadway plans, foundation reports, structure plans, constructability reviews, PS&E. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
