Renovation of a mixed-use development in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Entrance and Lobby Redesign at Three Uxbridge Schools, including Uxbridge High School, Taft Early Learning Center and Whitin Intermediate School. General bidders shall be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the category of General Building Construction. General bids shall be accompanied by a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility for the category, and an Update Statement. Failure to provide a valid DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and an Update Statement will result in the bid being rejected. The Uxbridge Public Schools reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to reject any and all bids, or to accept proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. No bidder may withdraw its bid for thirty days after the bid opening. No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder. All questions or requests for interpretations must be made in writing and submitted to the Architect/Engineer by the Bidder no later than 3:00 p.m. on March 5, 2026, for general bids. Any items which warrants a change in the technical ornon-technical provisions shall be issued as addenda by the design team, which will be madeavailable to all persons to whom Contract Documents have been issued.
